NIVONA bietet seinen Kunden via App zum Beispiel eine kleine Kurzanleitung mit Videos für die erste Inbetriebnahme und den ersten Bezug mit ihrer neuen Maschine. Auch wichtige Tipps rund um den Gebrauch und die Reinigung der Maschine sowie den Kaffee selbst sind in Video- und Textform in der App integriert. Und da im Hause NIVONA der Kundenservice groß geschrieben wird, überzeugen auch die vielseitigen Service-Aspekte der App.
